The maximum number of votes obtained by an individual was 24, the minimum obtained by an elected individual was 15 and the remainder obtained 8- 13 votes each.
According to the Charter Article IV Section 3 (a copy of the bylaws is attached), the term of the newly-elected Directors should have begun on the day following the Biennial Congress. Because some directors start their directorship in the year in which there was no biannual meeting while other directors started in years in which there is, I would suggest it that the terms starting in the years with biannual meetings should start on the following day of the biannual meeting. Those whose directorships start or end on the years in which there is no biannual meeting should start or end as of January 1 of that year, e.g. 2008.
I apologize for the mistake that required a second election.
Present Board Members continuing through 2011
Brown, Stanley
Henderson, Barbara
Curnow, Alison
Jans, David
Hasan, Tayyaba
Ahn, Woong Shick
Yours Sincerely,
J. Patrick Barron
