How to Join the IPA

If you would like to join the IPA please download and complete the IPA Membership Application Form.

IPA membership fees are $50 U.S. per year. If you prefer you can opt to pay two year's membership fees at once ($100 U.S.) to save you renewing your membership every year.

Please send your completed form to Dr Alison Curnow, IPA Secretary General at ipa@pms.ac.uk (preferred route).

Alternatively you can fax a copy to +44 (0)1872 256497 or post a hard copy to the following address:

Please note when your membership application has been processed your details will appear on the IPA membership list on this website.
